Wireframe Samples for a Poll

This month is almost gone now, and I haven’t been able to write any post this month, so just decided to post some wire frames/prototypes of a Poll tool that we worked on. Its pretty simple, and is tool inspired from the PollDaddy. So here are the few sample wireframes.
